International Enrolment Process

Complete Application Form
You can complete your application for Enrolment online by clicking Apply Now.

Conditional Offer of Place
Once we receive your completed application, our International Director will assess your suitability and contact you. Successful applicants will be offered a place at Awatapu College.

Payment of Fees
To secure your place, you must complete and sign all forms and pay fees directly to Awatapu College. Fees include all tuition fees, homestay fees and insurance. If you arrange private insurance, the school must receive a copy of the private insurance agreement after your place is confirmed.

Confirmed Offer of Place
When we have received all the above information, a Receipt of Fees and Confirmed Offer of Place from Awatapu College will be sent to you.

Application for a Student Visa
To apply for a Student Visa from your nearest New Zealand Embassy, you will require:

  • Offer of Place letter.
  • Tuition receipt.
  • Valid Passport.
  • A recent Passport photograph.
  • A completed Student Visa application form.
  • Pay the application fee.

Orientation
​An orientation programme for enrolling students will be provided, including information to familiarise them with the school, homestay and living in Palmerston North.
